had my lesson in physio this morning. Caravan almost ready to get away Monday only until following Sunday as wife has/had eye op planned. Telephone call this morning to say op put back one week. So, do we go away as planned or go for nearly two weeks? Two weeks not as we had originally planned as not quite long enough. Will stay with short break and if weather is OK we can always either move somewhere else or stay put. All this due to bank holiday in France Thursday 26 May.

thought you were already in France . do you live there and the caravan trip is off to somewhere else ? What ever go somewhere as waiting time will go more quickly than staying at home. As long as you get back. ! y You can do your longer planned trip another time. ?

Providing my wife can manage with me as stand in physio then we`ll stay away almost for the two weeks. We`re only going as far as the Dordogne, and hopefully meet up with people we`ve not seen for 20 years. large campsite with at this time of year, not many people. can take walks c/w our dogs around the site and do very little, perhaps a bit of PR work in the morning, a bit of extra cash for next holiday. Filling the car yesterday was 100 Euros!!

Yes, that is all part of morning ritual but, she also has physio who comes to the house 3x per week, to ensure that as far as possible the base of the lungs is clear. My apprenticeship is purely for emergency use while we are on holiday.
