I’m so saddened by the loss of Ski’s here across the pond. . .

I am out with my beasties on a lovely spring day and as I am walking in the bloomings and buddings of this day, thinking of how we will all miss this lovely man, it came to me that Mike would find the humour if I said, it looks like your spring has finally sprung.

RIP Ski’s

You’re right, that’s just the sort of pun he’d have made about it himself! Though we are grieving now, I too think he’d want us to remember him with humour. He never took himself seriously, and always made light of his failing health. Such a brave and principled man, I feel so privileged to have known him.

That’s very true Tom, Mike would have found humour in that. It certainly has been a privilege to have known him. Such a good friend to all and a one off. Sadly missed. Xxx
