Good morning everyone. I hope you are getting some sun wherever you are.

Friday the 18th of March was World Sleep Day and this weekend coming, means some of us will be changing our clocks for the spring. This can often affect sleep patters for some and a poor nights sleep can affect our health and wellbeing. Pam our Respiratory Nurse Specialist Co- Lead has put together some top tips. I have added the link below.

Just do not do what I do, across the winter I have a loved sport, this comes from the other side of the world, at this time of year. I am up at present, waiting for 00.45, to listen to cricket from New Zealand. I then have to spend most of April, trying to get my days and nights back the right way round.. I have egg mayo. sandwiches ready made for lunch, at about 4 or 5 am. I know this is daft, but , other than chocolate, one of my few pleasures left.
