Hi all thank you all for your comments they have been really helpful xxx🙂. One of the things that have really helped me to breathe better is ice cream it cools my throat and helps for a time to breathe through my nose and paracetamol, thank you all again 😶‍🌫️🤒

If i'm unwell (lung infection ect) i find a, mc shake dose the same thing very soothing
