Thinking about my tachycardia, my heart rate seems to increase after eating? Any other covid long haulers get this?

Increased heart rate after eating, long covid recovery
I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and this often comes with Automatic Dysfunction problems including Orthostatic Hypotension and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome ( POTS) I have noticed in the POTS support groups I belong to there are now members that have been diagnosed with POTS after being diagnosed with Covid/ Long Covid. Eating often causes people with automatic dysfunction problems a rapid drop in blood pressure as the blood is diverted to the stomach to aid digestion this will in turn cause a rapid rise in heart rate as your body tries to bring your BP back up or some POTS sufferers just report a worsening / onset of their Tachycardia after eating.
It is worth getting this checked out by a doctor if you are worried.
It could be hiatus hernia (diaphragm not keeping the stomach in place). If your lungs felt rock solid / felt difficult to move the chest to breathe during covid then that would have affected the diaphragm. I certainly felt like it at one point.
There are exercises to improve the symptoms of it - one you can do in the morning every day to help move the stomach into the correct place. Also diaphragm breathing (in yoga and pilates) and diaphragm release exercises - oesteopaths and some chiropractors can demonstrate these. It is well worth doing maintenance to prevent it getting worse and avoid other things like acid reflux / barretts oesophagus.
