🤣🤣🤣 Are you safely home now after your sojourn in hospital? I am following you, (creepy! ) as I've just started on the transplant process.

Home now and waiting to have an angiogram to determine the level of heart damage they suspect there is.Hopefully it will be mild enough to not interfere with transplant process but anxious times until i know for sure.
