Consultant appointment - good outcome

Finally had my consultant's appointment on the 28th April, he was lovely. Sent me for a follow up CT which is done and will be going for a bronchoscopy on the 18th May to follow up on the ground glass from previous CT. Didn't change my inhalers said he would wait and see.

I had wrote here to say I had a sore throat for weeks, well it seems the antibiotics eventually worked. GP had sent off a swab but with everything been Covid it got sent for a Covid test instead - so by the time second swab was done it came back clear..

Also the best news today - it's my 22nd Wedding Anniversary and I got my Covid vaccine as my present. I am over the moon, had been shielding like so many since last March, it really is such relief..

A little bit of progress for you. Congratulations on your wedding anniversary. I started sheilding last March too as many of us did. It has felt ages hasn't it. Best wishes for the bronchocoscopy.
