With COPD we need these so I always have them in my emergency pack and am just about to embark on a course ( GP and RGN have taught me to work it out) as I've been poorly over the past few days. I was a little reluctant to take them to start with but the ones I have are gastro-resistant so if you have issues taking the ordinary ones ask try the type I use.
