Keep in contact with respiratory nurse for help and advice listen to their advice and your consultant. Keep in your rescue pack(antibiotics etc.) Relax do your huffing exercises for your breathing and relax as best you can. Have you applied for pip or any other benefits applicable to you. Have a good day. X😃

Exercise as much as you can, keep an eye on your diet and if you haven’t done so please stop smoking. Stay strong 🐞
