Houdini

This is my little boy, Houdini. My daughter found him abandoned with 2 other kittens and asked if we’d have him till she found a home for him. My husband agreed, though he said ‘ I’m not really a cat person ‘ we went out to get him a few bits to help him settle and , on Cyril’s suggestion, bought a bed, toys and treats. He’s now very at home here and Cyril has said he can stay, although seemingly begrudgingly, but I think he now loves him as much as I do, but doesn’t like to admit it, and plays with him a lot, probably more than I do, and often picks him up for a cuddle. After the trials we’ve had last year, and not just with covid, he’s brought some joy and happiness back in our lives, and, after all, who could resist that cute little face. X

Oh what a lovely story. A cat is amazing and we miss our Tessa. We won’t get a cat now as there was only one Tessa but if it was under similar circumstances as yourselves then perhaps that would be a different story.....

No photo of Houdini unfortunately. Xxxx
