Hello Syobelee. I take vit c as a gp suggested, vit d as doctor John suggested to ward off covid, and Bimuno, a prebiotic, to help my immune system. None of these directly help with respiratory health, but I feel my immune system needsall the help it can get.

Vitamin D3, if you've had several courses of oral steroids ask your GP for a vitamin D deficiency test based on that you can adjust the needed dose.

winter minimum I take D3 2000 IU daily.

Good diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.

I personally also take a good multi vitamin with pro biotic included.

Other supplment as required, if I get a cold or lung infection.

they may include magnesium, zinc, vitamin C Turmeric/Ginger etc,

also on occasion Echinacea, Sambucol Extra (don't need vit C if you take this)

Basically treat your symptoms and deficiencies, that will include your medications.

Vitamin D3, Turmeric, NAC, beet crystals

I take others as well but believe these help the respiratory system

Vit C and D3. I add in turmeric and a probiotic and recently have added a decaf green tea extract.

The full colour spectrum of fruit and veg is my basic diet I do add oregano oil from time to time as I have had Aspergillus and want to avoid anti fungal pharmaceuticals.

I do all my supplementing in discussion with a very experienced herbalist.

I hope that helps. It works for me but we are all at different points in this journey.
