The struggles and strengths people have.

This is a general post but I think anyone facing tough times will be interested. Raynor Win and her husband Moth lost their home and all material possessions after an investment with an old friend went terribly wrong. Homeless and with a diagnosis of a terminal illness for Moth, they decided to walk the coastal path. The Salt Path was Raynor’s first book, and I recommend it to anyone needing to find a sense of strength and courage when everything seems against you. It’s a book about the natural world, the human condition and how love and commitment to love can take you further than you think you can go. Get tissues, you will cry, but you will gain heart too.

I read it recently , I don’t know how the husband especially managed the walk and surviving on so little food.....often just noodles and rice with the occasional chocolate bar.

There is a new book published too.
