nasal cannula

hi all i use a nasal cannula at night for my 16 hours oxygen but the last 3 week the cannula as cut into my ear only one ear when i am sleeping and now every night when i am sleepping it cuting into it is there some way of stopping this that you all may know of

Your oxygen supplier can give you some foam tubing to cover the plastic around your ears.

Thank you snail - I didn't know about this, and I was going to try to cobble together some foam for the purpose - I read your reply to benney123 (thanx to you also Benney for posting), contacted my oxygen supplier yesterday and they are sending me the "easy wrap" foam for the tubing to protect my ears. I love this site 💚

nd i did the same dedalus contacted my oxygen supplier mine as well and yes they are also sending me some foam and your welcome i was looking at the same thing lol
