Joe Wicks for Seniors

Just did the Joe Wicks for Seniors exercises and found them just right for poor unfit me! Thought it would be good to do them during the lock down. They are easy to find on You Tube.

I expect someone has posted on here before about them but I didn't realise he did the one for seniors until a friend told me, so thought I'd pass it on.

xx Moy

Yes I’ve been doing them too and enjoying them.

I follow them up with by a 5 minute Tai Chi exercise

Give it a go it’s worth it for the scenery alone and no previous tai chi skills required.
