Feeling helpless and ignored by medics

Thanks for your advice. I live in Staffordshire and my Consultant is Dr Petkova at Good Hope Hospital.She doesn’t seem easy to talk to and is impossible to contact. Also she is not a bronchiectasis specialist. I have tried to phone her secretary over 25 times but have yet to receive a reply. I am also finding it impossible to find out what is best for me. So your advice extremely valuable. Can anyone suggest a better consultant? Thanks from Happyhare
