Thanks everyone with helping me so much with my nebuliser question.
Someone said an air filter / purifier has helped her enormously. Hers has an ioniser as well. I’ve read that ionisers drop dust to the floor etc and should not be used. Does anyone know more?.
Any recommendations?. Also cost of filters.
I think on some machines you can switch the ioniser off, or perhaps because it’s a combination filter/ ioniser, the filter eliminates the ioniser drop out.

Be cautious about ioniser use. Some of the cheaper models can produce ozone (o3) and it is a known pollutant. It is much, much better to use ones with HEPA filters:
