An oldie i know , but i just love this song. It is`nt always easy to smile when you are having a bad day, but it really does help if you can try to be more positive about some situations you may find yourself in and do all you can to look after yourself instead of dwelling on the "what if`s" in life. Constant negativity will always make you feel so much worse and just adds stress and misery to your days and to others around you. It saps your strength, drains you and makes you feel " doomed " Positivity will give you the will to do all you can to improve your situation or at least to work round it and make your life as comfy as you can.

Brings back memories, thank you carrina and yes we all need to smile more. I loved the poem " a smile is infectious, you catch it like the flu" cant remember who wrote it, may have been Spike Milligan, but it always makes me laugh x
