Hi have pleural thickening and today had GP out as flu like symptoms. Been taking paracetamol but still got temp of 38.3 feel terrible ache all over cough but no phlegm. Should I call 111 or wait til get phlegm on chest

What did your gp say when he came out? Are you having any trouble breathing? 🤔

GP Said ride it out and if start coughing up phlegm to call them back. Am coughing loads but no green stuff just running constantly clear

Hi rankin1st .

That's quite a temperature you have there. If it were me I'd probably get myself to the emergency clinic as that's what my doctor has told me I should do if I ever have such a high fever. Take care and I hope you feel better very soon. xx 🙋
