Hello homegirl59 . 👋
It's hard to tell if it's your disease causing you to be out of breath or just being a bit de-conditioned. Slopes for me are torturous, but I am at the end stages of lung disease. There are other factors as well, in my case like having a full tummy, or humidity levels , cold and dry air etc. So it could be a number of things. And yes, everyone has different sized lungs. 😊
Have a good weekend.

This could be due to your lungs but I would suggest a check up with your GP as a cardiac problem could cause similar symptoms. A couple of years ago my wife and I were on holiday and were both blowing like steam engines on the inclines, mine was due to my COPD (already diagnosed) but the wife went for a check up and hers was a cardiac problem.
Hi Homegirl I have the same as you and getting out of breath up any sort of incline is the worst thing for me also. You need to try and control your breathing. If you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth you will find it helps. Regards Kevin poppy was the name of my dog and the 8th was her birthday.
Hi I used to get out of puff everywhere , flat incline , anywhere, but as I posted a while ago I have bought a walker , and can walk almost anywhere now ,Icannot explain why this is possible ,nobody seems know , but if it is of any help to you, give it a try ,I would not be without mine now ,good luck .!!! .
