I have just finished my hour in The Gym. Pleased that I have managed 2.700 steps in 1 hour, on Oxygen. By the end of the Day/evening I hope to Near my Target of 4000 steps, some Days I can do it, some days my Body protests. Just wanted to sound off. Love to all. Xxxx

Strewth! I wish I could do that at my walking test tomorrow, it would raise a few eyebrows. (Resuscitation and flashing blue lights). 🙄

Had a lovely Afternoon after The Gym, with Friends having Lunch Together. Checked my Fit Bit at 6pm = 4048 Steps. JimJams on Now, Relaxing , Princess on my Knee, accusing me of being away far too long today. Extra Cuddles Please, She Says. ( I did bring her some Juicy Gammon home in a Serviette) Maybe Tomorrow I'll be in her Good Books. Buenas Noches a Todos. Besos. XXXX

Well done , I have just joined a 6wk course for ladies who want to get back to the gym. Did circuit training class (floor work) then into the gym for treadmill and rower . Can’t wait to go back properly. 💛

Well Done to you also Hun, All my Exercise Classes( Breathe Easy Group) Twice weekly, are Low level as we all have COPD, I Have been going to the Gym Independently for about 4 years ( once a week), and have Built up my Stamina and Hopefully expanded my Lungs with the aid of Oxygen. I am 26% Lung Capacity, I hope at my next Lung Test it will have improved. Like you, being Positive, and of course taking the right Meds. Enjoy your Exercise Regime Hun. Love n Hugs . xxxx

Yeah realised lots of meds help, but we have to help ourselves also. It also boosts our self esteem, plus hopefully help to loose a little weight gained from being on pred for the last 3 1/2 years . Gym bunnies unite💛💛
