Runny nose!

First thing in the morning my nose is constanly runny with clear mucous. Does anyone else have this and are there solutions? Any advi ce would be gratefully recieved.

Yes I have the same problem once I have blown my nose a few times it seems to settle down. But yes every morning always clear mucus suppose that's a good sign

Me too! I mentioned it as a nuisance and was given a nasal spray which has solved the problem. One down...

I get that each morning too plus a sneezing fit last thing at night. End up with total exhaustion from the sneezing.

My nose runs when I exert myself which is fairly often nowadays, also when I cough I sneeze seven or eight times after. Keep smiling

Ok Catnip maybe a nasal spray is the way to go. Thanks for your replys

Hi hamster67, you could try sterimar, its a nasal wash, I use this first thing in the morning and last thing at night and it does help x

I have the same problem, very annoying as can't do anything without stopping to wipe runny nose! Doc gave me Rinatec spray which works well. Hope you get sorted soon.x
