nose problems

can any one tell me what I can do about my nose -it is a mess all the time I have had shots don't work,pills don't work,if it can be bought I have tried it doesn't work,have ordered all kinds of stuff doesn't work and my worse time seems to be in the mornings! thoughts anyone?

What are the actual symptoms? Could be a sinus issue requiring ENT input, but could also be nasal polyps or similar, in which case pills and sprays etc. may not be the answer and may also require ENT involvement. I’m assuming you’ve been to the GP and they’ve had a look inside?

Do you do a nasal rinse? Have you used a steroid nasal spray?

nasal rinse yes-steroid sprays no,thank you for your respond!

Hi Les, per Lizzab above, I use Sterimar nasal rinse twice a day which helps. If you use a canula, does it make your nose bleed? My husband has this problem and his doc has prescribed Naseptin. Hope this helps.

hi pretty girl sorry it took me so long to reply but it has been a long 2 days had to drive this time because we could not get a flight back in time to catch a pane to fly to another state in the morning-but hears what went down yesterday, the pulmonologist read my ct-scan disc and said it look remarkable he than said he did find emphysema but it was so tiny he almost missed it,he than told me to not stress over it that I had my inhaler I did not need anything else-he also said I was doing so well that he was putting me down as a (prn) patient instead of seeing me every three months! Of course he told me all the stuff about avoiding strong smells and all of the stuff I all ready new,i did however tell him I did not understand how this happened and he told me it is not unusual for emphysema to show up in your 50s,60, or even older and he understood what a shock it is for people that never smoked,so I guess that was pretty good news-thank you for your concern and hope things are going well for you!

I feel very like a ton of tress has been lifted off my shoulders,its been pretty stressful since December 11th-how are you doing?

Not too bad nose congested so feeling a bit breathless. I am so glad you feel better, I was thinking of you now you can live and enjoy your life

yea pretty happy right now just hate it that I never smoked and still ran into problems but he said I probable will never have anything become of this so im trusting him at his word-sorry your having breathing problems but you have asthma also right?

Yes I do have asthma. And be is the expert so worry not. Really happy for you
