Hi, Yes, i have been using it for a 12 month now. At first i did not see the benefit of it.

But after a month on it i can honestly state it did make a diffrence. You are only allowed

one puff per day. Which as you know the days are on the front. I have severe COPD had

it for 10yrs and it is getting worse. I have been known to take 2 puffs on times, but please

i have learned my lesson. lol You will miss that one day you took 2 instead of just one.

It do help, it tends to hit your lungs, and for a few hours, your breathing feels better.

However after a few hours it wears off. Like i said, my COPD is really bad these last couple

of months. I also have a nebuliser, in which i am prescribed Ventolin. Plus my inhalers.

Having COPD restricts you in so many ways. We just have to plod along and take our time.

Hope this helps.x
