I don't think so but check with your respiratory team. I have both emphysema, bronchiectasis and OSA among other things, sure both COPD and OSA impact on the respiratory functioning and cardiac, which is why initially on diagnosis both the cardiac and lung functioning is checked. (That's in people who have been diagnosed through their respiratory consultant) In addition its the respiratory department at the hospital that carries out the OSA checks but in UK OSA referral check is different to lung checks. If you are under a respiratory specialist chat with them about your concerns, if you are not ask your doctor for a referral to a respiratory specialist at the hospital to determine the actual cause of the breathing problem.
Tiredness comes with both COPD and OSA.
