Hi everyone

When i go for a walk or do anything really active i find that i get breathless and wheezy afterwards has soon has i stop and sit down to rest ( strange )

Also i always get breathless and wheezy the same time every early evening between 7 & 9pm without fail, but the ventoline rescue inhaler is still the only thing that stops it in its tracks within minutes.

3 months ago I was put on incruse ellipta 55 one puff a day 24 hours and seemed good at first but dont think it works has well now has the ventoline at the moment seems the only thing that helps me.. this copd is so unpredictable

I sometimes wonder why the gp or nurse thinks i should try a different inhaler if at the moment a few single puff of my ventoline works well for me.

Also i read some posts on here that where people have been ok with there inhaler that they have used for years WHY the doctors want to change them.

Went to benedom last month really nice weather in the day and walked up and down the 2 mile beach with no breathing problems at all, so i know that the warm weather is good for my lungs, mind you cold in the evenings.

Anyway roll on the summer for me and not long now

Best wishes to you all

Hopefully summer will soon be here. I overheard someone on the bus yesterday say it was going to be another hot one, though the source of his info was not divulged 🤔 Like you I love the hot weather.
