Out of breath

Hi all, when I go shopping in the supermarket the temp is a nice 18 deg. However going out into the carpark the heat 40 deg hits you like a ton of bricks and totatelly takes my breath away.Does anyone have the same problem and can give me some advice?

I see you in probably the hottest place on the planet.

You may some breathing benefit, from using a small hand held battery powered fan blowing across you face, some even have slight water spray.

Park your car closer to exit, and sit in car with air con on for a few minutes before loading shopping.

Thank you Stone never thought of the water spray I can take the bottle with frozen water. Yes I live west of Brisbane and look forward to winter. Take care.

My area of Japan is just like that in summer. Going from air conditioning to the hot, hot 🔥 weather outside makes me very breathless. I really feel like I can't breathe. A godsend for me is my small handheld battery operated fan. I blow it on my face and can breathe better. Take good care. xx 🌞🙋

Greetings thank you for your reply. Stone adviced the same thing and also a water in a spray bottle with frozen water. I will try that next time. Did not realise Japan could get hot and humid as well its awful.

I have that problem when I visit my son in SA. I am going to try the hand held fan when I go later this year. Sounds like a good tip. Good wishes.

Do hope you have a lovely journey. This year was a shocker floods in north Qld fires in Vic heatwaves South Qld and out Western N.S.W. not so good.
