Why will my health unlocked page not open from my email , all other mail opens ok, i have to go a round about way to open it, face book then incognito any help out there?

Outlook is a mail programme? Do you view your email in a browser if so try another browser? But make it Default! ( You change it back anytime later) Could try lifewire.com/make-links-wor...

i have book marked the heath unlocked page , i can sign in that way instead of going through my virgin e mail account

makeuseof.com/tag/5-of-the-... This shows the free email clients that you can use. I have noticed the healthunlocked is showing as spam on my email so it may be that Virgin have blocked the use of hyperlinks on their mail client as they think it is spam?
