Yesterday a woman in her 60s told me I looked too young to have lung problems. She said what are you 25? Ha ha I’m 44 but I will take the compliment. She went on to do a lot of complaining about her health. She doesn’t like to go to rehab anymore. I encourage anyone like this to continue exercising at your pace. You have to want it you have to fight and you have to take it one day at a time. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Just be the best you you can be.

I'm 41, I really wish someone said I looked 25! When I'm using the self service scanner and it asks about your age I'd love when of the assistants to query it, never happens though
