Avermys

I have just been prescribed Avymys nasal spray but I am having trouble using it as you have to press the side has anyone got any ideas how to make this easier

Both sides together..yes it’s difficult..

Hi

The easiest way for me is put in left hand (fingers on button) and use in right nostril (and vice versa). Sounds odd, but makes it easier plus ‘sends’ spray in the correct direction.

I was blessed my Doctor at hospital & my gp showed me what to do
