After Champix
Great you managed to stop smoking after all those years! Re Champix I'm sure someone else here can comment. Re symptoms, if it were me, I think I'd want to just check with my doctor that everything's OK. Hope you get some answers soon.
Thanks Robin I am so happy i have stopped smoking never thought i could do it I was a 30 a day man but still miss the dam things just out of habit . I am never going back to smoking because 3 days after stopping my wheezing has gone. I am still finding it hard to breathe when trying to walk to far but at least i will not make things worse with the ciggys i have took to chopping on sugar free lollies and have found when i go to take a lolly out of my mouth i do it like i am taking a ciggy out lol
You lost your wheeze! I wish I could convince one of my sons. Your determination is amazing. Lolly strategy sounds pretty cool. I'm one of the lucky ones, tried hard to smoke as a twenty something because so sophisticated but cigarettes made me so sick I had to give up before I started. So life time consumption of 10 Gauloises. ☺
My one daughter that took to smoking was so impressed i stopped she has done it to plus my wife, i have to say it was easier than i expected even with the side effects of the tablets it is worth it. My wheeze used to keep my awake at night felt as if i was drowning in my own phlegm.
