Hi everyone and sorry for the corny title, tickled me a little.
Well it's been about 6 weeks now, was having a tough time, panic attacks, not eating, cutting off all contact with friends and was seriously the most miserable time of my life.
I've been on 2 small meals a day now, only eggs or a some cooked meats, but food has never tasted better. I'm still on the ensure plus from the doctor which I have as soon as I wake up with a belvita soft bake and same at night. Got a lot more energy now and have done a little bit on a daily basis, spent 45 minutes waiting in the chemist for my inhaler yesterday, all of it stood up.
I have really seen there is light at the end of this tunnel and things are not to be rushed. Still having the odd stabbing pain in my chest and really need this diagnosing but my dr doesn't seem interested in much I say so I'm looking into moving to one a little closer as I don't drive and it's 2 buses to get to my current one.
So thank you to everyone for their kind words when I've been down and for the posts I've read that have helped me mentally prepare for my future. Best site on the internet.

I am pleased things are looking up a little for you.
Glad things are looking up Keith. 😊
If the doctor is not interested in diagnosing your stabbing pain in the chest, ask for a referral to the respiratory clinic or go to a walk-in clinic next time you experience it.
One of new year resolution is: No stone left unturned! 😃
I love your title...not corny, to me at all!! In fact if you are ok with it...I will borrow and use same!! Keep a smile on your dial honey pie....the old saying fake it till you make it!! I also try and practice, daily, gratitude, empathy and mindfulness...these I find are good tools to get me through all the crap...Well in my case, a lack of it...again constipated!! lol...waiting for appointment for MRI...something now up with the bile duct...mimics gerd. Anyways...all the best ...be tough honey!
