protocol for use of cannabis oil

I just started using cannabis oil yesterday but do not have a protocol for use. I am currently living in Costa Rica and a doctor cannot guide me. Currently using 4 - 5 drops twice a day and today also used Ultibro and also salbutamol.

I need a protocol for use and also if it is OK to use prescription meds along with the oil.
