My pain is still going on ... in the chest sometimes in the back

As everything is clear according to your doctors, who have ruled out chest problems, may I suggest you look at your posture? When we're anxious we tend to hunch up and make ourselves small. Try standing and walking with a straight back, as if there is a string puling you up from the crown of your head. Also try to avoid hunching over a phone. These may help. All the best.
