Thanks to all who responded to my last post. Have bought a nasal rinse and will give that a wazz. Also I think living in London doesn't help with all the pollution about. The link between diesel fumes and copd is in its infancy. Although the condition is slight with me, as the winter comes everyone make sure you get the flu jab as I have.

Great, maybe try a daily nasal rinse too? I find it quite helpful, I use NeilMed sinus rinse, all chemists have it or Amazon, make sure it comes with the bottle though.
