For last three weeks I have been seeing blood coming along with mucus when I tried to clear my throat by coughing out phlegm. I have been living in fear thinking that I am having a lung malignancy problem. I was looking for a possible reason for my problem when just by chance reached the Health Unlocked site and the forum dealing with the blood with mucus cough problem.

There are many suggestions about this problem by different people .

Someone on this forum suggested that one should try to find if the problem is due to a dental condition.

The method suggested was that we should try to draw out the blood by creating a vacuum in the mouth and spit out without coughing.

I did it and found that the source of blood is in the mouth due to my teeth and gums having a problem .

I am now convinced that the blood part of coughed out mucus was not coming from my lungs .

I am truly grateful to Health Unlocked for its service to Mankind .
