I think she is. Shes so good natured and just sweet and always happy. She is truely such a nice dog. I use to be able to see her daily. My car broke and never was able to get another yet soo we drove around everywhere had lunch together parks ect now its just me here and her at her house If i get a car ever again i can go get her. Now and then she has a few vacations here. She stayed 1 wk a mo usually but had and continue to have numerous dr apts and testings.
