I hope while you are there, you are going on the ZIP-WIRE! It's the longest in Europe and the fastest.

Enjoy yourself, Pete

Nowt wrong with becoming a bit Welsh boyo, apart from the leek thing. Midge takes her job as navigator very seriously and sleeps a lot between jobs. She has banned pints until we get home.

Hey Don, you will be getting me homesick with all this talk of Wales and Tony with the Forest of Dean.

I have just started reading Alexander Cordells novels set in the industrial revolution in Wales too.....it must be fifty years since I read them first.....a lot of fisticuffs !

I remember when I first read 'How Green Was My Valley' when I was a boy back in the 40's and later seeing the film. I became fascinated by the Welsh mining communities, both coal and slate and the hardships they endured.
