Very clearly explained. I did a module on Health Service Economics in 1995 and was marked down because I had the temerity to critique the internal market model - which I thought was what degree level study was all about.

The only way we change this disgraceful state of affairs, instead of just moaning about it, is to vote at the next election for the Party which is committed to not only keeping the NHS but returning it to a state in line with its conception, and not continuing to destroy it by stealth and lies as this Government has.
