Good to see you Tryfan......I was only thinking about you yesterday when watching a programme about Snowdonia.

Hi knitter. Still here in Conwy. Ready for the storm predicted later tonight. Hope your doing well. We've been walking quite a lot trying to complete the Anglesy coastal path before the end of the year. Probably a third left.

Take care.

Wondered where you'd got to, hope you're keeping well. Spent a very pleasant week in Conwy last month, coincidently.

Hi magpuss. Predictive text wants to make you a Magpie. Still around, trying to regain some level of fitness after a lousy chest infection early August. But doing well thank you. Not had much to write about so have kept quiet.

Hope your ok.

😅😅well I do like things that sparkle. Takes a while to get back on form, doesn't it - hope you'll soon be fighting fit, or as close to it as possible. I'm ok'ish' or - fair to middlin' as we used to say.

Thanks so much for this. It led me to greatorme.org.uk/conwy7.html

Bit More about the history there. Apparently this metal work was put up early 20th century, so many people had taken pieces from the old tombstone.

Thanks. The metal does look a little incongruous amongst the old grave stones

Best wishes.

Hi Tryfan. Passed that many times - I come from Llandudno (I live in Norfolk now and have COPD). A query: every time I've been back home for a holiday I get serious breathing problems for about three days and become bloated. Any ideas why?

Wouldn't be the real Ale in the Albion by any chance? Only jesting, it's an excellent award winning pub. Seriously, the sea air is normally efficacious. Only thing I can think is the tendency to do more on the activity front

You could of course be allergic to the place you stay at. Do they have animals, feather pillows and you use hypoallergenic at home. I'd think along those lines. Take care.

Cheers Tryfan. None of those and it would have been the Snowdon - my cousins from the Morfa would have used the Albion. But I like the hat!
