Is it a complete no no or do some cope with it well? Has anyone had a flare brought on by it or does it just make breathing harder?
I Would like to go to Brazil in November but it will be very humid. I have a FEV about 87/88%
Thanks

i live in high humidity 24/7 and done so for over 10 years.. am fine with it.
if you have fev1 of 88%, i think its best you get advice from your doctor.. as we are all different.
ask about a fit to fly test...better to be safe then sorry.
and check that you have the right insurance cover too.
and also make sure that wherever your staying has good air conditioning...your going to need it.
i hope if I've missed anything that other members will mention it to you.
☺
Sinclair, a good day from Florida. UB41 gave you good advice: 1) double check w Dr and 2) remember that cold air conditioning is your friend. Enjoy your trip! judg69
Hi UB41
Thanks for your reply and suggestions.
I will be staying in a nice hotel with good air con but would obviously like to get out and about.
Out of interest what is your FEV and have you ever had an exacerbation?
Best
