Lol good luck with the walk in sure you will be just fine and will feel fantastic after ...im starting PR today at 10am ..doing my assignment for college at the minute ..but lots of luck on the walk breath stop rest if you need to have a lovely day

I intend to suck it up like a sponge I have a terrible need to know everything on every subject and I'm a glutton for exercise..i walk at least 10 k a day do gentle aerobics tai chi is amazing now I'm not working I have the time doing what I want to do it's lovely x
