Not sure what stage am at

Hi am a 57 year old male, just been diagnosed with COPD, I have 54% lung compasity, not sure what stage am in, at time been told didn't real take in, now been looking on line started to get bit worried

Hi, welcome to the site. Please don't look on line you will only worry and make yourself worse. As long as you exercise,eat well and don't smoke you will be ok. Exercise is Good for the lungs. There a so many wonderful friendly people here and a good place to get advice and help. Please keep posting, even if it's just for a rant. Take care😊 Bernadette xx

Good advice given already. Eat well and exercise is good for any stage. Take care x

Hi you are stage 2 out of 4 but don't get hung up on numbers as it's more important how you feel. If you look on Dr Google you will scare yourself silly so stick to recognised sites such as this one and the NHS etc,

We are the ones who live with lung disease and you will find lots of advice and support on here.
