We have has a mixture of colours over the years. I thought they were all sandy coloured. Our Bertie was black, white and grey. I'll try to get a picture of him for you

It's interesting to learn they're bred in a variety of colours. I love seeing photos of people's pets. They make a very special place in our hearts.

I certainly didn't think I would be so fond of anything other than a dog or cat as a pet but they really are so full of character.

Hi, we try all kinds of food, tiny pieces of cheese, digestive biscuits and fruit. We've had eight gerbils over the last few years and they are so clever, not to mention cute. Len is sadly on his own now, his brother Sheldon died a couple of months ago. He has a loving home though and now a fan club!
