Hi my name is Irene I have asthma and copd I have never smoked but been around people all my life that have I am prone to chest infections think I have one now got doctors today I was told maybe sea air would do my lungs good I live in kent

Good morning Irene, l hope you are enjoying a day of sunshine in Kent. Not sure about the sea air, it may help. We live near the sea in West Sussex and it's nice but with all the traffic and pollution not sure of the sea air benefits.

Sorry to hear your Asthma has turned into Copd, it seems to be quite common in people who's Asthma hasn't been well controlled.
