So sorry to hear you have had such a long stay in hospital, especially after such a good start! Great that you are going home now. That must feel so lovely. Similar to you, I had an air leak and they kindly fitted an ambulatory drain after 10 days so I could be discharged and stay with family (cos I live in IOM and op was in L'pool). I got home a month after op and hospital were fantastic. Breathlessness miles better generally, had some pain from straining - coughing and moving too quickly - andI think I had a virus that knocked me for six but hope that I am making some good progress now. Best of luck and love ❤️

Glad to hear your doing well I think I already notice the difference even having the air leek but getting home will be doing so much more and getting better quicker to be honest stay in hospital is what it is if you feel better at the end of it all then it's all been worth it.

Best of luck to yourself too
