Has anyone with COPD regularly used a Salt pipe? I purchased one and have used axfew times but not noted any improvement. Just wondering if its worth persisting with. Thanks

Similar stories.
As everyone is different. What works for one dosnt work for others. I have not tried salt pipe yet. But I would give it a bit longer before you deside not to use it. I have a friend who goes to a salt cave and she finds that helps a lot.
I have a salt pipe used it a couple days and got sore throat not sure if it was the pipe or not. I plan on trying again soon and see if same happens then I will know
I found sitting regularly for 15 mins puffing the salt pipe was not worth the result, although I have a friend who swears by hers. I'd say persevere for a while but there's no guarantee it will work for you.
