OMG menopause leaves women as breathless as 20 a day smoker

ive got the menopause, and what i can say is this; its horrific; about 8-10 hot flushes a day, aches and pains all over, non stop tired, a fuzzy head, sometimes dizziness, palpitations! I can breath though!
