Thanks Mike for having the "bottle" in bringing this to the fore. I've similar experiences when fighting for breath after over exertion. It seems that medics are mostly unaware of this problem or not keen to talk about it. I'm pretty confident that COPD and bladder control is more common than the professionals admit to. Pulmonary rehab. certainly helped me control this.... Keep well.
