Turmeric

Hi all .my hubby has arthritis and I have COPD I have been told turmeric is quite good can anyone advise if so dosage etc many thanks hope someone can help.ps like the site have been trawling through and am amazed at the amount of positive people on here .

There is a recipe for making a paste which is much easier to take and takes the guesswork out of what dosage. You can add the paste to hot milk, food or as i do....a fruit and veg smoothie 3 times a day.
