Its quite foggy here this morning ...

And I don't know much about what I should do ..

I have Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis Is it ok to go out in

the fog or does it make matters worse.

Hi Cally

If you do not need to go out it is probably best to wait for the fog to clear. If you do have to go out then try wrapping a thick scarf over your mouth and nose.

I agree, if you don't need to go out, don't.

I don't have IPF but have COPD & find foggy weather not good for my breathing.

Thanks for sharing that, Jessy. I have mod COPD and found foggy yesterday morning and evening hard going.
